Pain Free Athlete Clinic in Cary, NC

I’ve just made my first commitment to a monthly self-treatment clinic that will be held in Cary, NC at InsideOut Sports.

Here’s the 2010 schedule, and what they wrote to describe the class. I hope that you’ll be able to attend if you are in the area, or if you can’t come, perhaps you’d like to visit my office in Chapel Hill, NC. You can also register to receive a free report, Three Easy Steps to Eliminate Aches and Pains Also, if you’d like, we can work together to bring a clinic to your area.

Julie Donnelly, author of the Pain-free Triathlete and the Pain-free Runner, will be conducting a series of clinics on pain-free living at Inside-Out Sports in Cary.

Julie developed Julstro Muscular Therapy, a unique series of massage. Far more than a relaxing massage, the technique is a systematic and focused method of treating chronic joint pain, sports injuries and repetitive strain injuries (RSI). Conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, TMJ, arthritis, bursitis, tendonitis, low back pain, fibromyalgia, and a whole array of joint conditions which are commonly caused by muscle tension have been successfully treated with the Julstro methods. Even the vague aches and pains that may be thought of as “Baby Boomer-itis” respond to the protocols.

For the past 19 years athletes from around the world have been benefiting from the Julstro techniques. The benefit has come in the form of hands-on treatment for sports injuries such as Achilles tendonitis, shinsplints, stress fractures, rotator cuff injuries, plantar fasciitis, and various other joint pains. In addition, relief has come to many individuals from following the Julstro methods of self-treatment taught to them as part of their hands-on session or from the processes outlined within the Julstro™ Self-Treatment System.

Each session is $5.00, click here to register.
