Sinus Congestion

Pollen can be wicked for some of us, including me.  Several years ago I figured out a simple treatment that broke up the congestion that was forcing me to sleep sitting up in a chair so I could breathe at all.  It was horrible, and I was so happy when I found that simply applying pressure on my sinuses worked.

If you already have my book, Treat Yourself to Pain Free Livingyou’ll find the pictures and text describing how to treat yourself, and how to treat someone else, in the beginning of the book.  The thing that makes me so happy is that I’ve gotten emails and phone calls from people who have eliminated their own suffering, and they have helped someone else. How wonderful!

All you need to do is alternate pressure on your left and right sinuses, it’s like pumping them so the congestion breaks up.

I’ve also found that using steam and the old-favorite, Vicks, helped a lot and felt really good.  And finally, a fantastic product that my daughter gave me and that I think is worth its weight in gold — NeilMed Sinus Rinse.  NeilMed comes with little packets of solution that you add to the warm water and then pressure wash out your sinuses.  It really works, and it works fast.

If you are sneezing, or coughing because of post-nasal drip, these three treatments will make all the difference in the world.

Wishing you well,

Julie
