I’ve had a lot of people in my office and on the various forums that I’m moderating tell me that they are in training for a marathon. That time has come so quickly that it’s amazing.
If you are in training for a major race and you’re putting in more miles than normal, please remember to spend time every day releasing the spasms that are formed from all the repetitive movements. If your training included cycling or running, be sure to read about the Julstro Protocol and do the self-treatments in the order given in the thread. You’ll release spasms that go from your low back all the way down to your feet.
