Chapel Hill Tai Chi

Well, moving along with my determined effort to get back into shape again, today I went to the YMCA and did the class that focused on arms and back muscles — and it’s working, my arms are definitely getting definition — HOORAY!!

Then I stayed because there was a class in Tai Chi right after my exercise class, and it was WONDERFUL! I can see how Tai Chi will help to calm the mind and bring a healthy circulation flow to a person’s bloodstream.

Since tension is its own type of pain, I think that adding Tai Chi into a regular exercise program can only be helpful.

Now…back to Pilates to get “killer abs!”
