Hope you had a wonderful day. If you’re like me, you ate too much….but it was soooo good that it was worth it!
The weather is gloomy here in NY, but I’m going out fast-walking anyway. If you are also going to try to run off some of the food you ate yesterday, please be sure you warm up your muscles before you run, and then work on them when you return. If you already have one of my books, I suggest you do the self-treatments for at least your hips and legs (whether you are walking, running, or cycling) so they can release tension and move freely again.
Actually, if you have a good massage therapist in your area, you may even want to treat yourself to a massage
