Carpal Tunnel, Wrist Pain, and Quilting

One of my new neighbor’s is a quilter and she does beautiful work. I just moved here, and she was moving out this coming weekend. Last week she was complaining to me that her thumb was so painful that she was sure she had arthritis. Then she told me that the burning pain goes all the way up her arm and into her shoulder and that she was unable to pin the material together, so she was considering giving up quilting completely.

It was sad to think of someone giving up something she love so much, so I offered to take a look at her arm and hand. Sure enough, her muscles were in spasm from her neck all the way down to her hand. It only took about 10 minutes of working on the muscles, and then she bought my carpal tunnel treatment system. We walked through it, I explained it to her and she was shocked at how she could self-treat.

This morning I was leaving for yet another trip, and she and her husband were on their way out. I’m was sad that I wouldn’t see her again, but I was so happy because she stopped me as I was pulling out and she told me that her pain is totally gone and she’s back to quilting again. As a thank you she gave me two lovely pot holders so I’ll remember her.

What a nice way to start the day! If you have hand/wrist pain, numbness, carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, or any other burning pain from your neck to your hand, I suggest you take a look at the Julstro System and see how you can learn to self-treat and eliminate the problem completely.

Wishing you well,
Julie
