CrossFit – Week Two

Hi,

Well, I’m not sure if my muscles are beginning to get stronger, or if I just didn’t work as hard this week as I did last week, but today’s session went pretty well. I also think I’ll be able to walk tomorrow, so that’s a big plus.

I never thought I’d look forward to exercising, but I did! One big advantage is that I know about repetitive strain injuries and how to self-treat and I do after each session. Today was even better because I got to do the Julstro techniques with a woman named Rev. Phran who is walking 116 miles in Italy next month. She’s doing a Walk for Peace, so I donated my time to teach her, and then she’ll teach her fellow-walkers. My bit for Peace.
