Losing Weight

It’s really amazing, I’ve been using Shaklee Vitalizer and Cinch (LOVE the Chocolate) for about two months now, not so much for weight loss as for just good nutrition, and while I’ve only lost a few pounds (eliminating chocolate, cookies, and ice cream would probably help ) I just realized that I’m tightening up without doing any exercises. It’s especially noticeable just above my waistline — HOORAY!

Dr. Chaney moderates a weekly Shaklee weight loss program every Monday. As for me, I think I’m going to first cut back on the ice cream and then join Dr. Chaney’s group. I only have 20 lbs to lose, and the group is having some incredible success stories. It time to make a healthy decision.
