Can’t figure out how to post in the right spot, but I tried your trigger point for eye pain & found my eye was in spasm. thank you! Been trying multiple multi-focus contacts which cause much eye pain!

Hi Holly,
I think you posted in the right place, in any case, I’ve found it. I get pretty confused with computer stuff, the body is much more logical to me . Isn’t it amazing, people don’t ever think about spasms in the muscles that move the eye, yet they cause so many problems. I’m glad it helped you. Please tell others about my blog and website, that’s the only form of marketing I have, but word-of-mouth is the best anyway so it’s okay.
