Ooops!

This morning I was all set to go to the gym, I wanted to try running for 30 minutes straight (a big deal for me) and then do 15 minutes on the bike. I’m training for the Ramblin’ Rose Triathlon in Raleigh this May so I figured I’d see what my baseline is (I already did the swim part so I know where I stand there).

I got all the way to the gym and forgot my sneakers!  Bummer, they won’t let me go in barefoot (I understand why) so I just had to leave.

Hint of the day:  When going somewhere and packing up your stuff, imagine yourself there and getting set up to do “whatever” (exercise in this case)…then you’ll know if you forgot your sneakers!
