Hi,
Traveling sure does make for an interesting schedule. As you know, I’ve been on the road since the middle of July and it’s gotten to the point where I need to wake up and say “where am I?” Right now I’m in Cary, NC, and if all goes as planned I’ll be teaching an Ultimate Performance clinic at Athletic Lab at 3PM this coming Saturday. I’ll confirm that as soon as I get to talk to Axel, the owner of Athletic Lab.
Meanwhile, today’s message is short. The summer is drawing to an end if you live in the Northern parts of the country, and because of that I’m seeing people go out and try to squeeze in long bike rides, long runs, and lots of other outdoor activities. As the days get cooler it’s easy to forget to rehydrate. Please remember to release the tension that you are placing on your muscles, and also remember to drink a lot of water.
I’ll be sending another message on the blog when I re-confirm this Saturday’s Ultimate Performance clinic. I hope you’ll be able to attend if you’re in this area.
